Yeast – one and a half teaspoon
Lukewarm water  – 1 cup and
Rum – 3 teaspoon

Boil three liters of water in a clean vessel. Allow it to cool down. Add yeast to a cup of lukewarm water and keep it for 15 mins. Remove grapes from stalk, clean it with pure water and pat it dry. There shouldn't be any moisture. Crush the complete grapes with clean hands.
Take a clean container with a tight lid. Make a layer of crushed grapes in the bottom of the container. Sprinkle half of the sugar. Add wheat and spices. Add the yeast, rum, cooled water and cover the mouth of the container with a clean piece of cloth.
Keep the container in a dark place for 21 days. Take this everyday and stir it well with a clean spoon. After twenty one days, strain the mixture using a cotton cloth. Do a taste check and add rest of the sugar as required. Amount of sugar will depend on the sweetness of the grapes and how sweet you want your wine to be.
Keep it for another two weeks and keep removing the sediments every three days until wine becomes clear.

Once you get the clear wine, keep it refrigerated in a dark bottle and start using.
